SAVE 15% ON MultiSERVE DIESEL SERVICE NOW AT HDM
4 in 1 Cleaning System
Our MultiServe machine allows us to apply new, specially developed treatments directly to your vehicle’s problem areas, gaining almost immediate results that will save time, money and reduce running costs.
Why MultiSERVE?
According to the European Vehicle Warranty Network the Top 10 reasons for breakdowns during the warranty period are:
- EGR Valve 15%
- Turbo 12%
- Injectors & Manifold 10%
- Fly Wheel 10%
- Others: Warning lights, Electric Windows, Lights, Airbag, Wiper Blades*
*DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) was not included in this study (Blocked DPF’s are not considered a breakdown), but it is one of top 5 reasons diesel drivers visit a workshop.
4 services account for 40% of all vehicle repairs
The inlet manifold, EGR Valve, Injectors, Turbo & DPF are involved in more than 40% of vehicle repairs.
- Failures affect vehicles manufactured after 2006 (Euro 4), and especially after 2010 (Euro 5).
- These vehicles incorporate new technologies to reduce pollution and meet ‘Euro’ emission regulations.
- The main problem is carbon deposit build up on critical components.
- Performance is reduced progressively until a warning light illuminates or the vehicle enters limp home or breaks down.
- Resulting in complex, time consuming & expensive repairs.
MultiSERVE allows direct cleaning of a vehicle’s problem area using new specially formulated treatments.

Diesel Fuel System Clean
Modern fuel injectors are built to very fine tolerances and small amounts of contamination can disrupt the efficiency of the injector resulting in reduced performance, increased fuel consumption, higher emissions and component failure.
The MultiSERVE advantage:
- Allows direct cleaning of the fuel injectors, intake valves (indirect injection) and the combustion chamber with highly concentrated cleaning solution without the need to remove injectors or dismantle the engine.
Diesel Induction System Clean
Contamination builds up in the inlet manifold & inlet valves (for direct injection). There is no fuel passing over these areas to clean away deposits. The current workshop solution is an aerosol cleaner, or to remove and replace components.
The MultiSERVE advantage:
- Allows direct cleaning of the fuel injectors, intake valves
(indirect injection) and the combustion chamber with highly
concentrated cleaning solution without the need to remove
injectors or dismantle the engine.

Diesel Turbo Clean
Turbochargers in diesel engines are essential to deliver the power from today's smaller and more economical engines, but soot in the exhaust gasses builds up on the variable vanes causing them to stick and affect the operation of the engine.
MultiSERVE advantage:
- Highly effective treatment to clean turbine and variable geometry vanes of diesel turbocharges without dismantling.
- The treatment is injected directly in to the combustion chamber to gain effective results.
- Specific product with a catalyst which survives combustion
- Cleans and releases the variable geometry of the Turbo.
- Highly effective on EGR Valves depending on location (close to exhaust )

DPF System Clean
Is a two-part process that cleans and flushes out soot, ash and other contamination from blocked DPFs, restoring their original operation without the need to remove the DPF from the vehicle.
MultiSERVE advantage:
- Cleans and flushes out soot, ash and other contamination from blocked DPFs, restoring their original operation without the need to remove the DPF from the vehicle.
- DPF regenerator performs an additional final clean while the vehicle is being driven - restoring the DPF to proper operation.
